Remodel Week 5

(July 4 - 10)

As we all celebrated the 4th of July holiday week and weekend, the construction crew continued with the installation of the new ventilation system duct work!  Grace will have our own 'independence day' where we will be freed from poor air circulation and will soon be able to enjoy a comfortably heated and cooled worship space.  The new door into the office is about done as the old one became a wall.  Additionally, the framing for the open and inviting windowed back wall has arrived.  Also, as you can see, the nook in the wall is ready for the Luther Cross light box we all have enjoyed throughout the decades.  A comforting sign that although we are adding a number of 'new' things, we will still have a few items that represent Grace Lutheran Church and our history.

Grace Lutheran Church has been an active community church in Brooklyn Park, for over 50 years. We also serve our surrounding communities of Brooklyn Center, Osseo, Maple Grove, Rogers, Elk River, New Hope, Plymouth, Crystal and other Twin Cities northern suburbs.
